Make it Count!
The primary goal of the 2020 Census is to count everyone once, only once, and in the right place. Our plan is to recruit hundreds of people across the county to assist with the 2020 Census count. We want to reach people in every way possible so they can be aware and prepared for the 2020 Census. Help ensure that everyone in our community is counted in this next census. Whether you are wanting to learn or spread the word in Liberty County Georgia and Fort Stewart about the 2020 Census, we welcome your participation!
Let's Get a Complete Count in 2020
A Complete Count Committee is comprised of a broad spectrum of government and community leaders from education, business, healthcare, and other community organizations. These trusted voices develop and implement a 2020 Census awareness campaign based upon their knowledge of the local community to encourage a response. The Liberty Complete Count Committee (Liberty CCC) is working as a team to help educate and engage residents of Liberty County, Georgia in preparation for the 2020 Census count.
The Liberty CCC 2020 goals are as follows:

Represent the diversity of Liberty County, Georgia

Make every resident aware of key Census dates

Educate residents on the confidentiality and impact of the Census

Motivate 80% of residents to respond to the Census by May 2020
The Liberty CCC focuses on 9 key groups - government, military, business, community, faith-based organizations, hard-to-count groups, educational institutions, youth and media. The Liberty CCC 2020 Members are as follows:
